Ashley Bazzetta is the Owner and Studio Director of Rock Your Body Pilates. She discovered her love of dance at an early age and has excelled at every type, as well as, gymnastics. It was after high school that she discovered a love of health and fitness, and began researching how to incorporate her love of dance and fitness into a career.

The Lagree Fitness Method with the Megaformer was the “workout” she had always wanted to share with her hometown. After being certified in Lagree Fitness, she taught in Dallas, with dreams of opening her own studio in Michigan. She is so excited to share the celebrity workout that numerous celebrities and professional athletes swear by.

James Moss

RYB PILATES INSTRUCTOR

James Moss, “Jimmy”, is a certified Lagree Fitness and Megaformer trainer. He has brought his outgoing personality and extensive dance and theater background to Rock Your Body Pilates.

James Moss, “Jimmy”, is a certified Lagree Fitness and Megaformer trainer. He has brought his outgoing personality and extensive dance and theater background to Rock Your Body Pilates.

James earned a full scholarship to the San Francisco Ballet, appearing in productions of “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty.” He also earned full scholarships to Dancers’ Synectics and Lascu School of Ballet. He has taught at several area dance studios as well.

James also has appeared in several national stage productions, including “Splash,” “Bobby’s World” and “Power Rangers Live,” and in “Jubilee” at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. He also traveled for 2 years around the world appearing in numerous stage and cruise shows. James is married, originally from Michigan, and has 4 children.

Cara Majszak

Meet Cara Majszak, our newest RYB trainer! If you like a challenging, high-energy workout, Cara is the trainer for you!

She has been attending RYB for about three years. Cara said she is "passionate about physical fitness, loves RYB and hopes to help others have a similar experience." She added her favorite exercise is plank to pike, because of the multiple variations and its level of difficulty. Cara said she is passionate about the Megaformer because "no matter how long you've been coming, you still feel each workout. The variety of movements help to make for an effective and valuable workout."

Mandi Dubak

RYB PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Our newest instructor, Mandi Dubak, has been attending RYB for five years.

Mandi wasn’t a frequent exerciser when her best friend suggested she try RYB, and she was surprised at its difficulty. “It was so hard, but I took it as a challenge to complete a whole class and I’ve been hooked ever since. It completely changed my life!” she said.

Mandi also said clients can expect a challenge in her classes, because as a client, she wants a challenge from her instructor, too. “My goal is to give each client/class a SUPER challenging yet doable, effective class,” she said.

Mandi is married with two children. Her daughter Abby works at the front desk at RYB while finishing college, and her son is a firefighter. “My bucket list included to go to California and get Lagree certified and I did!”
