Ashley Bazzetta is the Owner and Studio Director of Rock Your Body Pilates. She discovered her love of dance at an early age and has excelled at every type, as well as, gymnastics. It was after high school that she discovered a love of health and fitness, and began researching how to incorporate her love of dance and fitness into a career.

The Lagree Fitness Method with the Megaformer was the “workout” she had always wanted to share with her hometown. After being certified in Lagree Fitness, she taught in Dallas, with dreams of opening her own studio in Michigan. She is so excited to share the celebrity workout that numerous celebrities and professional athletes swear by.

James Moss

RYB PILATES INSTRUCTOR

James Moss, “Jimmy”, is a certified Lagree Fitness and Megaformer trainer. He has brought his outgoing personality and extensive dance and theater background to Rock Your Body Pilates.

James Moss, “Jimmy”, is a certified Lagree Fitness and Megaformer trainer. He has brought his outgoing personality and extensive dance and theater background to Rock Your Body Pilates.

James earned a full scholarship to the San Francisco Ballet, appearing in productions of “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty.” He also earned full scholarships to Dancers’ Synectics and Lascu School of Ballet. He has taught at several area dance studios as well.

James also has appeared in several national stage productions, including “Splash,” “Bobby’s World” and “Power Rangers Live,” and in “Jubilee” at Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. He also traveled for 2 years around the world appearing in numerous stage and cruise shows. James is married, originally from Michigan, and has 4 children.

Veronica Prieur

RYB PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Veronica Prieur is certified in Lagree Fitness and the Megaformer. She also is a certified Barre instructor who has been teaching fitness barre at numerous local studios.

Veronica Prieur is certified in Lagree Fitness and the Megaformer. She also is a certified Barre instructor who has been teaching fitness barre at numerous local studios. Veronica studied Stott Pilates at the prestigious Equilibrium Studio in Bloomfield Hills. She is currently preparing for her Stott Pilates certification.

A veteran dance instructor for seven years, Veronica was also a former competitive dancer. Veronica believes that Pilates helps to transform your whole body and gives the client a unique body awareness, all while strengthening the core.
